When will my credit appear on my account after refund?

It may take 4-5 business days or upto a week for your funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

Is it possible to return the product if not satisfied?

We offer a very flexible Return Policy, so you don't need to worry about placing an order and not liking it. Our Return Policy gives you an opportunity to return your product within 60 days following the receipt of your order as long as it meets the return conditions. Please read our Return Policy for further information.

If the ring is not correct size, how can I resize it?

You can send it for resizing only within the 60-days of the delivery of the item. All you need to do is to fill in our online return form, submit it for resizing, print a copy of the form and send it to us along with your product. You can also request a free ring sizer in the meantime to make sure your new ring size will be correct. Please read our Return Policy for further information.

Should I send my ring along with the gift box and certificate for resizing?

No, please do not send any accessories or complementary items along with your ring when you return it for resizing or repair. We are unable to store any additional items received with the product, thus they will not be returned to you after the resizing or repair process.

Can I get my ring resized in a local jeweller?

No, please do not get your product serviced at a 3rd party as it will void your lifetime warranty.

Can you engrave my ring that I purchased from another jeweler?

No, we don't service the products of other manufacturers.

Can I get my engraving removed?

Removing an engraving is not a standard service that we offer.

Can I exchange my product with another one?

You can exchange your product as long as it meets the return conditions. You can read our Return Policy for more information. Please remember that custom designs are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Can I resize my ring even if it has an engraving?

Yes, you can. Engraving is not an obstacle for resizing.

I got my ring resized in the past but I now need another resizing. How much will it cost?

GLAMIRA provides its customers with the opportunity to send their items for resizing within the initial 60-days upon receipt. However, for customers who did not purchase a Protection Plan, multiple resizing will not be available.
